For us, we LOVE sweet treats, but we HATE feeling admire crap if we use one thing that is sugar-loaded. The belly bloat and lethargy enact NOTHING for the time table that we place. So as a change of depriving ourselves of the lawful stuff, we “healthified” it. In most cases it truly works. And usually it doesn’t. For this recipe, it truly works 🙂 —wakethewolves

Ingredients

  • cups

    coconut flour


  • 4 teaspoons

    coconut oil, melted


  • 1 teaspoon

    maple syrup


  • 2 teaspoons

    coconut sugar


  • cups

    chopped walnuts


  • 6

    sweet-tart apples (i.e. – Pink Girl or Honey Crisp)


  • 1 tablespoon

    cinnamon – cake system


  • 1 ½ cups

    oat flour – cake system


  • ¾ cups

    almond flour – cake system


  • ½ cups

    millet flour – cake system


  • 1 tablespoon

    baking powder – cake system


  • 1 teaspoon

    baking soda – cake system


  • ½ teaspoons

    sea salt – cake system


  • 1 cup

    applesauce – cake system


  • 3 tablespoons

    coconut oil, melted – cake system


  • 4

    eggs- cake system


  • 1 cup

    coconut sugar – cake system


  • 2 teaspoons

    vanilla – cake system

Directions
  1. Disintegrate – Mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and sugar together.
  2. Disintegrate – Add coconut flour and mix with a fork till it reaches a crumble texture.
  3. Disintegrate – Add walnuts and mix yet all every other time.
  4. Cake – Grease a tube pan with coconut oil. (NOTE: which you need to also furthermore exercise a spherical springform pan, bread pans, or a clear rectangle baking pan).
  5. Cake – Wash, core and decrease apples into ½” chunks. (TIP: slice apples as normal and decrease each slice into fourths to originate the chunks.) Add 1 tablespoon cinnamon, mix, and mutter aside.
  6. Cake – In a medium bowl, sift oat flour, millet flour, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. Whine aside.

  11. Cake – Evenly unfold the crumble over the partially baked cake and bake for yet every other 20 minutes or till a butter knife comes out tidy.
