Author Notes
This summer satisfaction is a model of minestrone with the flavors of pesto: a total bunch basil and some nuts, even cheese stirred in at the tip. We didn’t sauté the onions and different vegetables first because we wanted a cleaner, brighter taste. The soup’s truly a minute bit sour, finest on a warm evening (with a G&T — believe us). Soundless it down with a total bunch crunchy bread to sop up every tumble.
