- * 1 mountainous carrot (peeled into skinny shred)
- * 1 mountainous yellow squash (sliced thinly)
- * 1/2 of a candy yellow onion (chopped)
- * 4 clove garlic (chopped finely)
- * 1 can cream of celery soup (low stout and low sodium)
- * 1/2 cup mozarella cheese (shredded)
- * 1 cup plus 4 tbsp cheddar cheese mix or intriguing cheddar (shredded)
- * 5 tb parmesan cheese mix (shredded)
- * 1 cup bread crumb, toasted (i spend sourdough and develop crumb in meals
- processor ahead)
- * 4 tb white wine
- * 2 tb extra virgin olive oil (evoo) for sauteing
- seasoning:
- * 1 tsp sea salt
- * 2 tsp sunless pepper (coarsely ground)
- * 1/4 tsp paprika
- * 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- * 1/2 tsp dried or freshly chopped parsley
