Cauliflower Soup

  1. In a blender or food processor, mix cauliflower, 2/3 cup broth, garlic powder and pepper. Disguise and mix unless gentle.

  2. Transfer to a puny saucepan. Raise appropriate to boiling over medium warmth. Drag in cream cheese and adequate of the final broth to reach desired consistency; warmth thru.

  3. To assist, high soup with yogurt, bacon, parsley and lemon zest.

Guidelines

To originate ahead: Prepare thru Step 2, duvet and refrigerate for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop and garnish with yogurt, bacon, parsley and lemon zest sooner than serving.
