- 8 oz. salt cod, rinsed and reduce into 4-in. objects
- 1 little onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 4 mini bell peppers, seeded and finely chopped (about ¼ cup)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped Italian parsley
- 2 tsp. finely chopped chives
- 1 tsp. finely chopped thyme
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
- juice from 1 medium lime (about 2 Tbsp.)
- Kosher salt (non-compulsory)
- Freshly flooring shaded pepper
