Christmas slaw

I came to this slaw out of a necessity to bag rid of a food mountain created by several overly beneficiant CSA containers final fall. I first vulnerable these components on top of a pork gash sauteed in butter (minus the dressing, obviously). Peaceable wanting to reinvent these same components it hit me they might create a tight slaw. And after I modified into once accomplished it looked relish Christmas. —Summer season of Eggplant

Formula

  • 6-8

    Hailstone radishes or a range of white radishes reduce into matchsticks (about 1 cup)


  • 1

    Apple reduce into matchsticks, about 1 cup


  • 1/2

    a crimson jalapeno, minced, about 1 tablespoon


  • 2.5 tablespoons

    cilantro, chopped


  • 2 tablespoons

    mayonnaise


  • 1

    lemon, juiced


  • 2 teaspoons

    tarragon vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)


  • 1/8 teaspoon

    celery seed


  • 1

    tidy pinch sea salt

  • pepper

Instructions
  1. Combine the sliced radishes and the apple in a bowl.
  2. Combine the mayo, lemon juice and vinegar, scurry to combine.
  3. Toss the slaw with the dressing. Add in celery seed sat and pepper.
  4. Toss with the pepper and cilantro reserving some to sprinkle on top. Wait on
