This gluten free stuffing recipe is in accordance to 1 I chanced on by Sara Foster at Bon Appétit. finely chopped Italian parsley

loaf Gluten-Free Bread 2.0 (from Elana’s Pantry), minimize into 1-lunge cubes

Instructions
- Soak dried cranberries in chicken broth for 1-2 hours
- Heat grapeseed oil in a giant skillet, over medium warmth
- Saute onion till relaxed, about 15 minutes
- Add celery and saute for 10 extra minutes
- Add apple and parsley and saute for 3 minutes, till apples honest originate to melt
- Transfer mixture to a extraordinarily giant bowl
- Bake bread cubes on a parchment lined baking sheet for 5-10 minutes at 350°
