Instructions
  1. Soak dried cranberries in chicken broth for 1-2 hours
  2. Heat grapeseed oil in a giant skillet, over medium warmth
  3. Saute onion till relaxed, about 15 minutes
  4. Add celery and saute for 10 extra minutes
  5. Add apple and parsley and saute for 3 minutes, till apples honest originate to melt
