Frequent Matzo Ball Recipe

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons melted schmaltz
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  1. In a orderly pan, over medium warmth add the chicken chubby. Saute onions till translucent.
  2. In a bowl beat eggs. Add matzo meal, salt, chopped parsley and onions in chubby.
