Gluten-Free Baked Berry French Toast
A berry-packed breakfast crowd pleaser that is made with gluten-free bread, sweetened with maple syrup and scented with nutmeg.
- 6 slices glutenfree bakehouse light white sandwich bread, toasted
- 2 cup blended berries, equivalent to blueberries and sliced strawberries
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup low-chunky milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 levels. Oil an 8-hump baking pan and line with bread, overlapping slices and pressing them down to accomplish a stable bottom layer; scatter berries over top.
