gigantic head broccoli, chopped and steamed

gigantic egg, lightly overwhelmed

shredded mozzarella, divided

- Step 1Preheat oven to 425 levels F.
- Step 2In a food processor, pulse steamed broccoli till grated. Squeeze water out. Transfer broccoli to a huge bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3Transfer dough to a parchment-lined, greased baking sheet and shape right into a thin, spherical crust. Bake till golden and dried out, 20 minutes.
- Step 4High with marinara, final cheeses and pepperoni, and bake till cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes extra. Garnish with basil.
