- 1 tablespoon gluten flour (No longer compulsory)
- 1 bundle piquant dry yeast
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 2 tablespoons molasses or honey
- 2 teaspoons butter or shortening
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup complete wheat flour
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 1 Nonstick cooking spray
