Irish Iced Coffee

While every bartender has a most neatly-appreciated whiskey, we tried them all with Jameson with large results.

Ingredients

2

oz Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey

1

teaspoon ground espresso

2

teaspoons demerara sugar

3

oz frosty brew coffee (such as Grady’s)

Whipped cream (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine whiskey and espresso in a miniature bowl; let stand 15 minutes. Stress whiskey through a coffee filter precise into a cocktail shaker.

    Step 2

    In the meantime, hasten sugar and 2 tsp. hot water in a miniature bowl except sugar is dissolved.

    Step 3

    Add demerara syrup and frosty brew to cocktail shaker; obtain with ice. Shake except out of doors of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Stress precise into a Collins glass crammed with ice and top with whipped cream.
