- 5 raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 red apple, chopped
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup non-full greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup non-full milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Space all ingredients in blender. Mix on medium-high for roughly 30 seconds, unless the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
