  • 5 raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 red apple, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup non-full greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup non-full milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Space all ingredients in blender. Mix on medium-high for roughly 30 seconds, unless the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
