KULFI (passe Indian ice-cream)

Substances
  • 2cups (500 ml.) fleshy fleshy milk

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • ¼ cup milk powder

  • 2 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • Pistachio sliced 4 tsp

Directions
  1. Mix the entire substances together and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer and cook dinner for quarter-hour till the mix thickens.
  3. Cool utterly.
  4. Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze in a single day till company.
  5. To unmold , allow the molds to stay exterior the fridge for few minutes after which unmold
  6. Garnish with Pistachio Slices.
