Have confidence of this warmth drink as a variation of a caffè corretto (an espresso “corrected” with a shot of liquor) and even of a hot toddy that substitutes tea for solid coffee. (30 milliliters) sad rum (or half of rum and half of cognac or half of sassolino)
1 shot
solid espresso coffee (ideally made with a stovetop percolator)

twist of lemon peel
Instructions
- Place sugar and rum in a tiny glass. High with espresso. Twist the lemon peel over the head to free up mandatory oils, then tumble the peel into the glass. Motivate proper now.
