Clear Ripe Mangoes
1 cup
Fleshy-Elephantine creamy Yogurt (no Greek yogurt please)
1 1/2 tablespoons
Raw Honey or Sugar
1 teaspoon
freshly ground Cardamom

Peel and slit mangoes into minute pieces, grind the cardamom seeds in a mortar and pestle.
- Blend chopped Mangoes, and ground Cardamom in a unparalleled blender until composed puree. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix effectively.
- Pour the Mango Lassi combination into popsicle mold, freeze the pops for at least 5 to eight hours.
