  • 3 c. mixed fresh raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. powdered no- or low-sugar pectin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. honey

Directions

    1. Step 1In a food processor, pulse berries except finely chopped, stopping and stirring once in a while.
