Two Moroccan lamb burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 2½cm fragment ginger, roughly chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • handful of fresh coriander
  • 2 tsp floor coriander
  • 2 tsp floor cumin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 75g ready-to-consume dried apricots, roughly chopped
  • 500g lean lamb mince
  • wholemeal rolls, lettuce, sliced tomatoes sliced crimson onion and mayonnaise, to assist

Formulation

  • STEP 1

    Mix the onion, ginger, garlic and fresh coriander in a meals processor till finely chopped. Add the spices, apricots, lamb and seasoning. Mix till a exiguous bit of full.

  • STEP 2
