Mustardy sausage & sprout gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 250g gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 pork sausages (200g)
  • 250g sprouts, shredded
  • 100ml chicken inventory
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp half-elephantine crème fraîche
  • ½ minute bunch of parsley, chopped, plus additional to wait on
  • parmesan, grated (optionally available)

Manner

  • STEP 1

    Cook the gnocchi in a pan of salted water following pack instructions. Drain and website online apart.
