Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup

    low full cottage cheese


  • 1 tablespoon

    Natural Tender Peanut Butter


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    pure vanilla extract


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    cinnamon


  • 1

    banana, sliced

  • slivered almonds (no longer obligatory)

Directions
  1. combine vanilla and peanut butter and soften within the microwave unless bubbly
  2. pour combination onto cottage cheese and prime with cinnamon, banana, and almonds
  3. again correct now and journey!
