  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 4 oz. diminished-elephantine cream cheese
  • 1 equipment (4-serving size) elephantine-free, sugar-free rapid butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. 2% or elephantine-free milk
  • 2 c. thawed elephantine-free frozen whipped topping, divided
  • 1 diminished-elephantine graham cracker piecrust (9″ diameter)
    1. Step 1Save the peanut butter and cream cheese in a little microwave-receive bowl. Microwave on medium for 1 minute, stirring once, till refined but now not melted. Self-discipline apart.
    2. Step 2Beat the pudding mix and milk in a a lot bowl with an electric mixer on medium urge for 2 minutes or till properly blended. Add the peanut butter mixture; beat till properly blended. Gently hotfoot in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
    3. Step 3Unfold the combination in the crust. Garnish with the last 1 cup whipped topping.
