Racy Kimchi Frittata

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons

    olive oil


  • 5

    eggs


  • half of cup

    low fats milk


  • 2 teaspoons

    pepper


  • 2 tablespoons

    chopped kimchi


  • half of cup

    sliced shitaki mushrooms


  • 2 tablespoons

    diced scallions

Directions
  1. Preheat over to 350
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a pan. Saute
  3. Mosey collectively eggs, milk and pepper in a bowl
  4. Pour egg batter into mini ovenproof dishes (solid iron or stoneware).
  5. Establish diced kimchi, mushrooms and scallions on high of frittata.
  6. Bake in oven unless eggs are upright station. 15 minutes. Back warmth.
