Raspberry-Buttermilk Pops

Easy and refreshing pops to beat the summer season warmth. Recipe impressed by and adapted from Folks’s Pops. —melissa.

Components

  • 8-10 ounces

    fresh raspberries


  • 1/3 cup

    easy syrup

  • juice from 1/2 a lemon


  • 1/3 cup

    low-full buttermilk

Directions
  1. In a meals processor or blender, puree the berries and lemon juice. Strain to take away seeds, if desired (fully no longer obligatory).
