Roasted Plum Breakfast Parfaits

Ingredients:

  • 6 plums, pitted and each and each minimize into 6 wedges
  • ¼ cup new orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons gentle brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups vanilla 2% diminished-elephantine Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups low-elephantine granola (with out raisins)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped pistachios
