Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 fats garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 500g cooking chorizo, slit back into chunky slices if broad or left complete if microscopic
- 100ml crimson wine
- 1 tbsp obvious honey
- handful parsley, chopped
- crusty bread, to back
Way
- STEP 1
Heat the oil in a broad frying pan and gently sauté the onion for a pair of minutes unless softened. Add the garlic and cook for a pair of minutes more.
- STEP 2
Push the onion and garlic to the aspect of the pan and add the chorizo. Brown in each place, then add the wine and sail within the honey.
- STEP 3
Duvet and cook gently for five minutes or unless the sausages are cooked by and covered with the sauce. Add a splash of water if the pan is calling dry. Wait on scattered with parsley and some crusty bread to mop up the racy juices.
