- Par boil rice with salt and retain aside.
- Beat the egg neatly.
- Cleave the capsicum into triangles.
- Dice the onion and garlic finely.
- Heat a large pan with two tablespoons of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
- Saute onion, garlic and capsicum.
- Toss mushroom and lumber.
- Add the overwhelmed egg, breeze the egg and retain aside.
- Heat one other pan with two tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
- Inch fry prawns.
- Add the fish pieces, flesh of crab and lumber gently.
- Add soy sauce, salt, celery and lumber neatly.
- To this add the cooked rice, fried sea meals, spring onion and egg combination.
- Inch neatly.
- Remove from fire and reduction sizzling.
