Preparation Potential

  • Par boil rice with salt and retain aside.
  • Beat the egg neatly.
  • Cleave the capsicum into triangles.
  • Dice the onion and garlic finely.
  • Heat a large pan with two tablespoons of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion, garlic and capsicum.
  • Toss mushroom and lumber.
  • Add the overwhelmed egg, breeze the egg and retain aside.
  • Heat one other pan with two tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Inch fry prawns.
  • Add the fish pieces, flesh of crab and lumber gently.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, celery and lumber neatly.
  • To this add the cooked rice, fried sea meals, spring onion and egg combination.
  • Inch neatly.
  • Remove from fire and reduction sizzling.
