Chef Nate Appleton created this smoothie, which gets a dose of protein from almond butter, as a put up-yell snack. The salt sprinkled on top on the live adds a pleasing balance to the sweetness of the drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen peeled banana (sever into -streak pieces)

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
