Superior Banana Bread

Substances:

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter (or 1/4 c butter plus 1/4 c applesauce)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (non-obligatory)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup mashed banana (about 1 1/2 medium)
• 1/2 cup low-full bitter cream or full free bitter cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
