Ingredients

candy potatoes, peeled, rinsed and thinly sliced
1 handful
novel rocket
1 handful
cherry tomatoes, halved

courgette (zucchini), thinly sliced
1 pinch
Himalayan purple salt
1 pinch
pepper
Directions
- In a skillet, add a minute quantity of oil and when sizzling, add the candy potato slices. Cook dinner for a brief time on every facet forward of taking away and separating.
