Ingredients

    candy potatoes, peeled, rinsed and thinly sliced


  • 1 handful

    novel rocket


  • 1 handful

    cherry tomatoes, halved


  • 1

    courgette (zucchini), thinly sliced


  • 1 pinch

    Himalayan purple salt


  • 1 pinch

    pepper

Directions
  1. In a skillet, add a minute quantity of oil and when sizzling, add the candy potato slices. Cook dinner for a brief time on every facet forward of taking away and separating.
