Toast caraway seeds in a runt heavy dry skillet over medium heat, shaking skillet customarily, till fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Let frosty. Finely grind seeds and complete dim peppercorns in a spice mill; switch to a runt bowl. Journey in kosher salt and Hungarian sweet paprika. DO AHEAD: Might also be made 1 month ahead. Retailer hermetic at room temperature.
