Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup dashi
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 2 shiitake (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon miso (gluten free for gluten free)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
Instructions:
- Warmth the oil in a minute sauce pan.
- Add the garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Add the dashi, tomato paste, tomato and shiitake and produce to a boil.
- Simmer for just a few minutes.
