Tomato and Shiitake Miso Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 cup dashi
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 2 shiitake (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon miso (gluten free for gluten free)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Warmth the oil in a minute sauce pan.
  2. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant.
  3. Add the dashi, tomato paste, tomato and shiitake and produce to a boil.
  4. Simmer for just a few minutes.
  5. Take hold of some distance from warmth.
  6. Dissolve the miso with just some of the heated dashi in a separate bowl. (We get now not desire to boil the miso because it will now not style as honest.)
  7. Add the miso encourage to the soup.
  8. Pour the soup into a bowl and high with the golf green onion.
