Ingredients

  • 2 cups

    plump fat canned coconut milk- Thai Kitchen Mark


  • 1/2 cup

    maple syrup


  • 1

    eggs


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    peppermint extract


  • 1/2 cup

    chocolate chunks


  • 1/2

    avocado (non-mandatory- for coloration)

Directions
  1. Combine all of the system in a blender and mix till tender (other than the chocolate chunks, which you’ll want to per chance hasten in on the pause).
