Yogurt-Fruit Parfaits

  1. Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl with an electrical mixer on medium sail till relaxed. Step by step beat in yogurt. Combine strawberries, peaches, and blueberries in a stout bowl.

  2. Spoon half of the fruit combination into four 10- to 12-ounce wide-mouth glasses or parfait glasses. Spoon half of the yogurt combination onto the fruit in the glasses. Repeat layers. Top with sliced almonds (or walnuts).

Strategies

Tip: To toast nuts, unfold in a shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or till golden, shaking pan a pair of times.
