These crêpes will seemingly be both savory or candy (simply chase over vanilla and stevia when making savory crêpes). They are improbable stuffed with sugar free jam and whipped cream, and equally factual as a sinister for meat, cheese and greens. They are about 2 grams total carbs per crêpe, or 1.2 grams fetch carbs. —LaCuisineKeto
Ingredients
1 tablespoon
butter

egg whites
4 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
4 teaspoons
psyllium husk powder
4 teaspoons
unsweetened soy milk
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
5 drops
toffee flavored liquid stevia
Instructions
- Grease a nonstick 12-crawl pan with butter and warmth on medium till pan is sizzling and butter is effervescent somewhat.
- Speak all final ingredients in blender and mix till no lumps remain.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter into heated pan, turning pan to unfold batter into a circle. Cook dinner till crêpe is factual location. Flip and cook till cooked by, one other 20-30 seconds.
- Repeat with final batter. If batter turns into too thick to unfold, add one other tablespoon soy milk and mix again.
