Method:
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 lb. floor pork
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. beaten crimson pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 (28-oz.) can complete peeled tomatoes
- 2 (15-oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1⁄4 tsp. floor cinnamon
- 1 lb. dried elbow macaroni
