bananas, peeled and mashed
1/4 cup
almond butter
1/4 cup
coconut oil, melted

chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds with 6 tbsp water, blended and left to stand for 10 mins)
1 1/2 cups
gluten-free frightening flour
3/4 cup
coconut sugar
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160 levels C.
- Mix the wet substances in a bowl and build aside. Mix the dry substances and assemble obvious no lumps. Add the dry substances to the wet substances and mix till neatly mixed.
- Pour into a lined loaf tin and cook dinner within the oven for 60-70 minutes.
- Rob away from oven and stand for 20 mins sooner than taking the loaf out of the tin. Leisure on a cooling rack sooner than cutting and serving.
