Ingredients

Directions
  1. Prepare the prawns by combining with garlic, lemongrass and olive oil. Toss together in a shrimp mixing bowl and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a shrimp cooking pot on a low-medium flame. Add lime juice, chillies, white vinegar and sugar. Lower the warmth to low and chase gently unless the sugar fully dissolves. Flip the warmth off and toddle away the dressing within the pot to be reheated sooner than serving.
  3. Heat a BBQ or grill pan on a medium-excessive heat and brush evenly with somewhat olive oil. Season the prawns with a pair of pinches of sea salt upright sooner than cooking.
