Ingredients
2 cups
walnut
1/2
avocado, pitted and skinned
1.5 cups
water
2
garlic cloves
2 tablespoons
lemon juice
1/2 cup
parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine walnuts, avocado, basil, garlic and cheese (or cheese sub) into food processor, pulse till meal forms.
- Add avocado, lemon juice and water and course of till comfy. For a thinner consistency add extra water, for a thicker spread add less water.
