Directions
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200C/400F/Gas Attach 5.
  2. Reduce the tomatoes and add them to a baking dish.
  3. Disguise with the balsamic vinegar, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30mins.
  5. After 20mins of the roasting time has elapsed, gash and onion and set it into a saucepan, on a medium heat.
  6. Fry for 5mins, including the chopped garlic. Fry for a additional 5mins.
  7. Steal the tomatoes out of the oven, and add to the onion and garlic. Fry for 5mins additional.
  8. Add in the tin of chopped tomatoes. Fil the tin with rooster stock, and add to the soup noxious.
  9. Bring to the boil, and then simmer for 45mins with the lid on the saucepan.
  10. Steal the soup off the warmth, and add in the basil. Stir via, and quilt with the lid. Slip away for 10mins.
