- 1 kit (8 oz.) mild cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz.) frozen fat-free or mild whipped topping, thawed
- 4 c. unique strawberries, sliced
- 1 sugar-free angel meals cake, cubed

- Step 1In a huge bowl, use an electrical mixer on medium tempo to beat the cream cheese for 30 seconds, or unless delicate. Slowly add the confectioners’ sugar, about a spoonfuls at a time, and beat 1 to 2 minutes longer, or unless the combination is mild and fluffy. Fold in the vanilla and whipped topping.
- Step 2To assemble the dish, layer half of of the cake cubes in the bottom of a huge, clear bowl. High with half of of the cream cheese combination and half of of the strawberries. Repeat the layers. Quilt and chill for 1 hour ahead of serving
