  • 2 ⅓ cups ketchup

  • 1 ¼ cups cider vinegar

  • ½ cup unsulfured molasses

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons harissa (North African chili sauce)

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder


  1. Combine all substances in a saucepan, and lift to a boil. Minimize warmth, and simmer, stirring on occasion, till sauce thickens, 20 to 30 minutes. Sauce is at likelihood of be refrigerated 1 day.
